I got called out to this one last week, customer sets her program, machine fills up then program dial advances to the end of the program and the pre wash led starts flashing.
When I called out I presumed that the machine was detecting no motor action and advanced to the end, so I checked the carbons and sure enough they were worn out. I replaced the carbons and went on my way.
Recieved a call today and the machine is still doing the same thing (first wash since my visit). I cant find anything in the known error codes for this one. Can anyone help?

    Cheers

Element or NTC failure possibly ?

It’s a pump/drain out problem…whilst you’re there make sure you clean the air chamber and the drain reservoir at the back! 😉

Thanks fellas, I called back out yesterday, only for the machine to work completely as normal, which would from experience indicate that it probably is the water pump on the way out.
    Thanks again. 🙂
