Bosch WFF2000 – Pumping out but no spin or taking water in

I’ve got a Bosch WFF2000 which has performed really well for the past 10 years or so.

Recently it stopped pumping out so (having looked here first, and unplugged it) I cleared out the pump and that now works, hoever, it isn’t taking on water or turning the motor on.

I have replaced the brushes on the motor and checked the pressure valve but have now run out of ideas.

It still appears to want to go through any cycle that it is put on put doesn’t appear to even attept to open the values to allow water in. There is water getting to the back of the machine, just not past the valves.

Moving the cycle on will activate the pump, but not the motor.

Has anyone got any ideas.

What happens if you put it onto a spin cycle ? Des the appliance spin ?

Hi,

No. The only part that appears to work is that it pumps out water. It won’t take on water, or spin / wash at all.

It was spinning / washing before I cleared out the pump so I suspect I have dislodged something but I’ve checked all of the connections and cannot see any that are loose or not connected.
