This appliance has no normal motor action, the motor seems to lock as if trying to turn in both directions at the same time, if you give it a helping hand before the module energises motor action it rotates but its not very happy about it and the field windings become very hot, the motor carbons are fine and the armature looks clean with no arcing, not seen many of these around here 🙁 is it the motor or the PCB, only time if seen this type of fault was with a LG direct drive motor when the hall effect sensor was faulty. i still think its the motor but would like a second opinion chaps if you dont mind.

    Cheers Bob.

Seen this before Bob, it’s definately the motor. Don’t come cheap though!
