    Bosch WFF2001GB/01 FD7834

Really strange fault here. Called out for no spin problem.
Cleaned out pressure bottle and anti-syphon unit (both blocked), fitted new pump,(very worn) and then tested; machine filled, pumped out and spun perfectly.
Customer called today to say the same fault is occuring. 😕 The machine goes through the cycle, wash, rinses and then stops after final drain flashing the pump/spin lamp but will not progress to spin. Spin selector set to 800 spin, pressure bottle and anti-syphon clear, new pump fitted. When set to spin on its own, spins beautifully.
I’m missing something, aren’t I; what else could it be? Any ideas??? :bang:

    Help please!!!

    Steve.

Have you checked that the drain hose isn’t too far down the physical drain pipe, causing air lock or syphon??

She’s probably blocked that shiny new pump with a coin or sommat :rolls:

Right, this bl**dy machine again. 😈

Checked for blockages although having already cleaned the pressure bottle, outlet hose, anti-syphon unit (including the inside of the soap drawer where the small pipe connects) and fitted a new pump. Nothing found.
Machine filled with water to wash level (with clothes in the drum). Then to get it to test the spin, the timer has to be reset; then set to spin, press start – every time a perfect pump out and fast spin!!! 😯
On a complete wash, customer says it refuses to spin; but I’m running out of things to check!! He is adamant that the spin speed selector knob is set to 1000, 800, and the ‘minimum iron'(can’t remember the term on the knob indicator) to test it but he says it makes no difference. He says he doesn’t need to reset the timer but just turns it to spin then the machine spins OK.
I am starting to suspect the timer or module – but the prices may render it a BER!!!! :eeek:
    Any further thoughts apprieciated!!

    Thanks again,

    Steve.
