Mmm, possibly a heating problem 😕 , worth giving the heater the once over.
Un-plug appliance first before investigating :plug:

Right, so no-one’s got a magic fix for you, you’re going to have to apply a bit of logic.
If set to spin or rinse programmes, does the machine complete the programmes?
If set to a 15c wash, you will not feel heat on the glass, or see condensation forming – unless the machine is overheating? If the temperature control circuit is not working, the programme will not advance, just get hotter and hotter.
The wash programme will utilise hot and cold fill to get close to the required wash temperature – 15c is easy – 40c is not.
I would suspect that your heater has failed. You need a test meter and the ability to use it properly to find out for sure. If you can’t do it, get pro help – use the link below for someone in your area.
Good quality machine, worth persevering with.
Power off if you are going to sort this for yourself.
And stop starting new threads………!

More likely heater as we have said, only a test meter will aid you.
With the power off it should read approx 20-30 ohms.
If that checks out it could be a numerous things from sensor to module 😕
If in any doubt please feel free to use the repairs@ link to save yourself from making an expensive mistake.Greg
