    Problem – Not emptying Conditioner, from tray.
    I have cleaned the four input holes in the tray area, but how do you remove to clean thoroughly.
    Removal advice and any tips appreciated.

    Remove lid, you can remove the soap box top section from there.

    Power off, of course.

    If you don’t want to remove to clean , you could try pushing a cable tie into the holes and ‘rodding’ them – This will hopefully clear any blockages but will only be a temporary fix to get you going again.
