Bosch WFL2000 Still Not Draining

Have a non-draining Bosch WFL2000. Couldn’t find a blockage so I replaced the pump but it still didn’t drain.

This morning I checked for blockages again, flushed water through the pipes to get as much grime out as possible, checked the flow from the outflow to the drain and away – all seems fine.

My wife tried a rinse and drain and it all looked good – the water went. She’s just tried a pre-wash/wash program – the machine appeared to get through the pre-wash and drained the water away but has now stopped again with the pump (from the sound of it) whirring away but no further action apart from the “End” light flashing.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem might be and what I can try next?

Check that you have no blockage between the tub assy sump hose and pump. If that is clear then I would suggest you either have a wiring loom fault or electronic module is damaged.
