Machine seems to be reaching the conditioner stage of the wash and then stopping before this stage starts. Leaving me with a flashing “active” light. Have cleaned all the input filters and cleaned the tray. Nothing changed. The machine seems happy to do a rinse cycle but is getting stuck on a normal wash. Any thoughts? Thanks in anticipation. Neil

Hi
That fault indiactes that the fill is taking longer than 6 minutes, and the pcb is timing out.
If you have low water pressure or a kinked hose this may occur.
If you press “Start” again it will fill again and may attain level to continue, if you cannot rectify low water problem.Greg
