Bosch WFL2066GB/08 Drum rubs Door seal

I had a call to the above machine as it was very noisy.

Turned out the inner drum was rubbing the door seal and squealing.
I couldn’t find any movement in the drum in any direction and the tub support felt solid.

I replaced the door seal and cleaned all the rubber off the front edge of the machine but found it was even worse.

There is no sign of anything having dropped between the drums causing the drum to distort.

Has anyone else found this problem and rectified it?

I had one of these a couple of months ago, turned out it was a crack in one of the legs on the spider, although I couldn’t feel any movement when pulling at the drum.

I looked for this, the drum was slightly out of align but the tub support felt solid.

It’s the only logical explanation though.

Itll be spider had a couple do this, seemed fine on inspection and when spiining but once the machiine was stripped down it was obvious

This machine will need a door seal and door interlock, the looking at the BSH site the spider comes with a drum so looks like BER.
