    Customer tells me every programe takes around 2hrs to complete…
    can anyone suggest cause, before I call.

    Drain hose below syphoning level? – partially blocked inlet valve? Kinked inlet hose, are the first things that come to mind!

    Does it heat? they will continue through cycle to the END even in fault,and do take around the time you are getting also under that fault condition 😕

    Greg, yes the customer tells me it does heat, she feels the prog takes too long, but as you say thats normal, is that the case also on low temperatures, as she feels it never used to do this.

    Tell to customer to use short program instead of program with prewash 😆
