    Morning All.

Put a new door boot on this yesterday, all seemed ok. Customer reports this morning that he cant change programmes and the “activity” light is flashing.
    Any ideas what this means?.

    Regards,
    Mike

If you had forgotten to plug the door lock back in you would have the ready light flashing.
The active light flashing indicates that the inlet tap is closed, or the water pressure is less that 1bar @ inlet valve. IE pipes kinked, or strainer is blocked

    🙂

    Hi Ian,

    Thanks for your interest.

I did not have to visit in the end. THANKS to the fault code you supplied I was able to deduce the problem. After completing the repair and testing I had left the machine out of its location to allow the customer to do a bit of very necessary cleaning. On putting the machine back in situ he had trapped the filling hose. Quick phone call- SORTED!.
    Many thanks once again,

    Mike.
