    I am unable to remove the lid…have done the obvious : remove 2 rear screws & 2 front side facia screws, but it wont budge..
    worried about breaking it if I use to much pressure ..
    am I missing somthing !! John

    I think you need to lift the back of the lid up, as the front is hooked under the control panel.

    Thats the problem it wont lift or move it feels like its jammed.
