hi am having a problem with this bosch machine, it works fine until it gets to the rinse cycle where it will overfill and flood the place. I’ve cleared the pressure pipes and replaced the switch and the water valve but the problem wont go away. Any ideas?
    thx

Have you checked the continuity of the switch wires back to the control board?
Any evidence of damage to the board?
You have cleared the pressure feedpipe to the pressure switch OK?

Sounds like the PCB so far -hope I am wrong…

Have you tried running an empty cycle through without detergent and seen if it does the same thing? I’ve had a couple where excessive detergent use has caused suds lock in pressure chamber, which is “cured” for the next wash cycle, although admittedly normally normally the other way round (pressure switch stuck on).

Thanks for the replies, still no joy after cleaning out the pressure system again and even replacing the pressure pipe.

The pcb looks ok but don’t fancy ordering a new one as may as well get a new machine for that price + i’ve had a few problems with reprogramming these pcb’s before with the fiddly little on-off switchs.
Time to admit defeat i think.
