A Qualtex DBT89 does fit so maybe, maybe the Masterpart one will (I can’t cross-reference that)…so dunno?Sorry for late correction.

Not been out to it yet. She complained that it will not fill and just makes a buzzing, pumping noise, asked her to check door seal and she confirmed that it has a small hole which must have leaked, tripping the float switch.
I have a call nearby tomorrow so will pop in and have a look.

Isn’t this an integrated model? WFLI 2440?
If it is its not the same as the WFL WFO range.

It is built in, she may have given me the number as WFL 1 when it should be WFL I.
Will find out anon. 🙂

😕 ❓ :con:
Puzzled now. 🙁
Went to look at this today, took the Masterpart pattern door seal BS18107 with me. It is different to the one on the machine, it has an inner lip that goes into the inner drum area a couple of cm’s. The original one is more or less flat on the inside rim.
It looked as though it would foul on the inner drum.
Came home to find the genuine one I had ordered for a WFLI2440,a 366498 ( according to BSH spares web site ) had arrived, its exactly the same as the BS18107 pattern one.?????

I have fitted (on 2 occasions) a Qualtex DBT89 to 2 Bosch WFLI2440GB/14’s without any issues. It too states that only a 366498 fits this machine but I know otherwise from experience. 😉
I guess you didn’t have a DBT89 in stock though Jim huh?

Only stock four or five of the most common ones, I only ordered the genuine one at 4.30pm last night from Masterpart and it was in my garage just after noon today. I will take it along and see how it goes. it could be that the Masterpart and the Qualtex one are the same.

366498 fitted perfectly, which means that the BS18107 would also have fitted. As they are both different to the original I didn’t want to risk the non gen one yesterday even though it appears stronger than the gen one.
Both new seals have a large lip that sits inside the inner drum which the original one does not, no doubt to help keep small items from getting through.Jim.

So a DBT89 isn’t correct then?
Whats the price of a BS18107?April 5, 2012 at 2:06 pm #372726iadom
ModeratorRe: Bosch WFLI2440 door seal?
As Martin has fitted the DBT89 successfully then although I don’t have one to compare I’m assuming that the DBT89 & BS18107 are exactly the same.
BS18107 from Masterpart around £7.00 each plus the usual or £4.50 each for 10. 🙂
