    good evening gents .
I have a m/c that sometimes takes 3-4 hours to go through a wash then it skips the rinses and gose to 1min on the display.Ifyou put it on to a rinse and spin it washes then gose to 1min if you put it on to a spin it dose the full 12 min .if you just try the drain it stops on 1min and stays there any ideas!

Hmmmm…..i’d be looking at either the heater or motor maybe going to Earth . You may in fact have more than a single fault . Poss open circuit heater and worn brushes . They are the 2 i’d look at first !

By that do you mean you just select drain only with or without there being water in the drum? If the former it could be a drain time-out error and the later would indicate a faulty module most likely?:con:

But as Paul says on it taking 3-4 hrs then skipping rinses then the motor and/or heater are the main suspects. Sticking just on a drain only cycle is a bit of an odd one there that I haven’t personally come across, yet anyway.

Let us know the outcome please! 🙂

Ive had a clogged ntc cause a similar fault on the heater, it was completely covered in solidified powder residue and it was not reading during the wash……
