customer tells me machine is dead, but the wash light comes on, the door does not lock. On the simple repair forum, Martin mentions a relay dry joint!! but only if there are no lights !! is this likely to be a PCB fault or interlock. !!

You cannot rule either out until you go along there and take a look. I disregard 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of what symptoms customers give me over the telephone as tosh anyway. Get in there and check it out first, take an interlock with you mind. 😉
