    Hi,
    Replaced a duff element on this and it heated on test but after leaving customer put it on a hot wash and no heat. Seems like the board but I want to leave no stone unturned when I go back tomorrow. Could it be the thermister and what should it meter? Any other tests I can carry out?

    Heater relay probs on the board most likely Rob.

    Tough call that one Paul as it could just be burnt relay pins on the board. So inspection highly recommended I reckon. 😀

    If you do a search for test + relay on here or on Google, it should come up with plenty of info. I found recently on an AEG board that burnt solder terminal is probably an indication that the internal contacts inside the relay are about to fail anyway so with any older machine I do that anyway.
