ParticipantProblem reported not spinning, machine distributes then time drops to 1 minute and sits there.
While testing I found the machine overfills on rinse, pressure chamber nice and clean and the pressure switch checks out OK.
Allow machine to fill on rinse and operate pressure switch manually (or is it orally) but the machine continues to fill at least up to the halfway level. If the pressure switch is operated to the anti flood level the pump kicks in.When put in a wash cycle the machine fills to the correct level.
Any suggestion would be appreciated, I can only assume it’s the control board but it seems odd that it fills OK on the wash.

Hi
Have you checked the motor carbons and also earth leakage?
I have had some weird faults with carbon dust tracking over 😀
Check your email aswell as this will help. 😉

Thanks for the email Greg,
As the machine was overfilling and the motor was rotating through the was and distribute I didn’t think to check the carbons.
I will go back and take another look.
Thanks,
Keith.

i,ve got two of these with the same symptoms. that is set the spin cycle which is 12 minutes. it counts down and behaves perfectly until it gets to 5 mins, then after a few seconds it jumps to 1 min then instantly shuts down.
i have checked carbons to be o.k. (at least 75{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} left). i’ve filed them down slightly on sides to rule out sticking.
i have also diconnected the pressostat tube and tapped the switch to ensure that it is aware that the drum is empty.of course after all that the symptoms are the same.
on this occasion i haven,t checked for leakage, although we normally pat test these machines and they were spot on 5 months ago. ( i know that really means nothing now).
any help will be very much appreciated as this is a very very important customer to our business.
thanks
