    Hi

    Customer complaint is the unit will not start on any programme when start button pressed. Ready light is on but not blinking, programme time is displayed but door lock does not lock. Door lock is ok suspect it is the main control module but ther are no signs of damage to it.

    Has any one had this before and confirm my thoughts just in case I may have missed something

    Might be worth checking the start switch soldered connections on the pcb. A lot of users press these touch control buttons like the old mechanical switches and break the legs or soldered joints. Re-solder to make sure.
