    hi this machine has been showing error f5 i replaced motor brushes and it worked fine for a few weeks then it tripped , when turned back on again f5 iv looked at the brushed all seems fine any ideas thanks alan

    you say it tripped was that the fuse board RCD, if so possible brushes arcing, did you cleaned the commutator when fitting new brushes!!! checked the armature down to earth!!
