    Strange fault on this washing washer.. I turn the select dial to programe the door locks but machine is dead..but when I push the start button the door interlock releases.
    any advive would be welcome as the pcb is expensive.

    Does the display not fire up then? If not you may have to check that the connections are good to the power module. Display board (424675) is a bit on the pricey side. Ask customer if LCD has been starting to fade of late and difficult to read, might give a better clue? 😉

    Martin, yes the lcd is fading !! but customer tells me this has been like this for a long time. john

    Faded out totally or can you still see the programme has been selected on it?

    Not totally faded, you can still make out some info but not clear.
