Bosch WFT 2800 drum has stopped turning

Hi
I have had this washer dryer since new with no problems.
Yesterday it got as far as its spin cycle and just stopped. I had to turn it completely off to reset it to do a spin cycle, and it makes the noise but no drum movement then goes silent.
I then put it through its full wash cycle and again it made all the right noises but no drum movement and the light remained on wash.

I have no clue about fixing electrical goods so any advice would be gratefully received and any recomended Bosch repair engineers in the cambridgeshire area would also be helpful as we don’t want to buy a new one unless we have no choice as it opens with the hinges on the right which we need for our space and trying to find a new washer/dryer that opens that way is pretty impossible. 🙁

Could be motor brushes so well worth getting looked at. Click on the SEARCH button at the top of the page and use the Find an Engineer facility. 😉
