Hi, we have a 2.5 year old Bosch WFX 2867 washing machine that was going great until yesterday. We noticed that on a 40 deg cotton wash, the timer timed down to 0:01min and stayed working at that without stopping. We then noticed that the load had not rinsed and spun and the conditioner had not been taken in. We stopped the program and ran the rinse and refresh prog and that worked ok, it took in the conditioner and worked fine. We tried several other progs but all were the same although one prog worked ok, the 60deg stains prog.
It seems that most progs are not kicking in the rinse and spin cycle, is this a fault with the electronics? or is a physical problem? I am very upset as the machine came with a 2 year warranty and that has now expired by 6 months. It does not say a lot for Bosch. I did clean all the parts that I could clean and I made sure that the filter was not blocked.
