Bosch WFX2868GB/20 stops/flashes

Odd one this, about 15 minutes from end of cycle the timer display flashes on & off a number of times then goes dead.
After setting a different programme it will work again till 15 mins from end, then same thing.
Checked today , wiring, lock etc- no fault found.

Does this ring a bell with anyone. Thanks

I would think it has got to be a ribbon connector error between the display and the display board or the display module itself?

fair comment Martin, but customer says it’s always 15 mins from end, if it’s a ribbon cable , it would occur at any time during cycle surely.

The only thing it does different at that part of the cycle is to energize both inlet valves for fabric conditioner dispensing. Just a thought. Wiz
