    Make: BOSCH
    Model: BOSCH EXXCEL 1600 EXPRESS
    Serial No: WFX3267GB/10 FD 8409 703260

    HAD THE USUAL 1 MINUTE SYNDROME

    heater and motor insulation low , changed them but customer still getting same issue

    is there anything else that can cause this

    checked pump valves pressure switch etc they all seem ok

    Do you know at what point in the cycle it reverts to 1 min showing Ally?

    hi martin im not totaly sure but she spoke to office staff and said it sticks at rinse , she then puts in to rinse again and it completes ..( just found that out ) .. the drain system is perfect pumps out great.

    hope this helps a bit

    Hmmmm….? Pump is the most likely suspect(drain time-out), any lateral movement of the Impellor a dead giveaway. Plus of course the slightest earth leak of the motor will have the same effect.

    cheers martin , its had a new motor 1 week ago so i dont think it will be that – pump fitted 6 months ago , old one was just noisy

    its a bit of a head scratcher tbh
