    Bosch WFXI2840 GB/01

this machine start and runs ok but the timings are way out

can take hours to complete a programme.

can get to 1 minute and stick or add 30 mins on the prog at will

machine heats ok and washes and spins ok

i am thinking it may be a control board issue as i dont think the low insulation heaters would cause this error

can anyone add any ideas to the mix

    Thanks

    Dave

It’s a rare phenomena for you to seek help Dave so clearly this one is a teaser for sure.

This machine takes Fuzzy logic to an extreme in that is senses loading, foam levels and fill temperatures together to increase and decrease wash timings seemingly very randomly indeed.

You mentioned heater resistance, well that has to be at least 100meg plus not to give problems. Drain out timings are another major cause of timing issues. No doubt you’ve checked all that and come up with nothing so, yes, what’s left is the control module. 🙁
