Hi Guys.
Called to above machine which we installed feb this year user has mentioned an icon which flashes all the time it looks like a machine drum with a tear drop shape at 2 o clock position machine works fine but unable to trace any info about this and don ‘t want to call bosch incase user error .

It’s saying you need to run the drum clean cycle.
Should be in the manual.

yep, smeg made machine and probably flashing on every one I ever visit. When pointed out they all swear it just that moment must have come on…. yeah right.
Its a good get out clause for constant toc tripping though as you can blame them for it. Not that the cycle really achieves anything at all and its timed so has no indication of how blocked it is- just comes on after either a certain amount of dry cycles run or after so many months.

Thanks for your help guys great to be able to tell a customer it’s their fault sometimes.

i Have The same Model as This appliance WKD28351gb/06 FD9510 WASHER DRYER ERROR 11?? been Trough the Error codes no info as above

but it pays to use the search button first as this came up .
