Bosch WLX24162GB/18 Pump or PCB?

Hi Folks

Been to this today. This model has 5 vertical spin lights and 4 vertical wash progress lights to the right of the spin lights.

Switch m/c on and all spin lights are flashing and the top wash light. Door doesn’t lock m/c just stits there with lights flashing and does nothing. Does this on all the program settings.

Thought this might be a posible pump problem but checked pump for blockage. Checked for open circuit on pump or pump connections/wiring and all seems ok. Checked for any earth faults on m/c and no earth faults found.

Questions:- Are the lights indicating a pump problem? or should it be just the bottom spin light and the top wash light or do some m/c’s flash all the spin lights?

Just wondered if this was a board fault not supplying the pump?

Anyone come accross this before?

Might just need a reset, come across a few that done this for no reason. turn dial to 6 o clock position, hold spin speed button and turn one notch clockwise 7 o clock and keep holding spin button for 5 seconds or so and turn off and on.

Hi Folks

That tip you gave me worked although I had to keep my finger on the spin button a little longer than 5 sec. Will keep that little tip in my fault guide book.
