Hi i have been having fun with a Bosch WAE24063GB/31 which is flashing the rinse light and i can’t work out why. The carbon brushes are at about 70{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} and show no signs of burning on the edge, the motor has continuity through it and the heater is fine. I have tried the reset procedure i found on this site but it didn’t work (turn to position 15 hold start button for 3 secs and turn to pos 3 and release). This machine has been moved to a new position and hasn’t worked since, it has been wedged in so tight i can’t pull it out so i couldn’t check water valves could they cause the rinse light to flash? Thanks in advance

You’re gonna have to get it out. Probably an inlet issue or, more likely, a drain issue. Kinked drain hose?

Not sure that reset procedure is right though. On most WAE machines , the reset is turn selector switch to the 6 o’clock position , hold the spin speed button and then turn selector switch switch one click clockwise. Release the spin speed button and that should clear it.

Thanks Paul, this is a newish machine without a spin button. I found a post on here for that enr that described the reset procedure i mentioned but i couldn’t get to work. i did try the 6 o’clock with all the other buttons

Hi i managed to reset this machine by holding start whilst in the off position moving either one or two positions anticlockwise and releasing. I was literally trying everything i could think of so i wasn’t sure whether it was one or two clicks

Hold start and 2clicks to the left is a reset on this model
