Bosch Washing Machine Logixx 8KG machine
    WAS28460GB/08

Currently, when my machine fills the main detergent drawer, a jet of water also shoots into the fabric softener drawer causing it to fill and then syphon conditioner into the drum at the start of the wash.

Taking the drawer out and running the machine, one of (and just one of) the holes that direct the flow of water into the fabric conditioner section has water squirting out during the initial fill.

I have recently cleaned the inside of the tray area while I was doing a ‘servicing wash’ (empty hot wash with powder only). Could I have dislodged something into the nozzles to redirect the water flow?

Any clues, hints or random ideas?

Having to run the machine and wait until the initial fill is complete before loading up with fabric softener is making wash times super boring. Either that or I run the wash then run a rinse cyle afterwards.

    Thanks

the tubes in the lid of the Bosch soap box often get blocked with sludge
you have to strip the machine to remove the soapbox lid and clean it out

Just a thought l find replacing the soap box drawer top is a better fix as l have found that the channels do not clear very well and that top is cheap from Qualtex or Connections

Super. Thanks for the tips. While I’d normally do this myself I’ve done my back in so I’ll be getting someone in. I doubt I could pick the tumble off the top.
