Bosch wm WAS24466 gb/11

FD 8801. It had brushes changes 6 months ago by another company and customer says the motor seeded more noisey after the new brushes were fitted.
No drum movement.Door locks, fills then nothing. It can be advance to pump out.
Checked brushes which were okay and had continuity.The front PCB had a heat mark but no signs of dry joints.
No error codes shown.
Any advice appreciated.

I pulled the motor out and tested all 6 connections. All had some resistance so the internal fuse of the motor should be okay but not sure of the wiring configuration.and the tacho is attached to the pulley wheel. No spades going to earth though.The commutator did look very worn for a 3 year old machine.

I think this machine has a fault detection system to protect board blown when brushes wear down .
Check out Bosch f21 fault on the forum it might need resetting .

tried downloading the fault code guide for the 0.2p. I tried opening it in “Open Office Org” and just got pages of Egyptian symbols.
Can anyone advise where else to find fault code for this machine. Thankyou.

In that case the control module is duff, otherwise it would throw up an error code eg:

F:16 Door not shut
F:17 Turn tap on
F:18 Pump/Drain probs
F:21 Motor probs
F:23 Base flooded
F:29 More water inlet probs
F:34 More door lock probs
F:42/43/44 Motor buggered!
