Bosch WOL2200GB/08 top loader. FD8202.
Strange one this.
Called out for a no spin fault – pump was intermittent. Pump stops, “bash it with the screwdriver, it goes” type problem. So I fit a new pump.
Then I set it on a 40 degree cycle to test it. The lid locks and the pump starts – but I haven’t pressed the Start button yet. 😯 So I reset the programme knob and try again. Still working without pressing Start. ‘Ready’ lamp is lit. 😕
The customer then tells me, “Oh, it does that sometimes…..and if you leave it for a bit, it will start working fine”.
I tried the pressure bottle, and pulled the connections around to check for poor fitting plugs, but nothing obvious. Am I looking at a PCB? Do they give this problem? I’ve yet to price up the PCB, but I should imagine it’s only a few quid short of a Ferrari. :rolls:
Any help on this please!!!!
Thanks,
Steve.
