Bosch won’t start?

Customer just phoned, has a Bosch WAS28461GB/07.
Says it did one wash perfectly this morning but it now won’t start.
Display shows ‘reload’ and it just beeps twice when start button is pressed.

Asked her to check for possible child lock settings in manual.

Just rung back to say she still can’t clear it, could this be a child lock fault, if so what is the reset for these?

Sounds like ‘Energy saving mode’ is active? Press any other button to deactivate.

Thanks guys, I have already downloaded the manual and the instructions I gave her earlier to deactivate child lock where correct.

Will get her to check the Energy saving mode at half time. 🙂

Ask her to try and start it with the door open . If she gets the same 2 bleeps , it may well be the door lock faulty.

New door interlock sorted it. 🙂
