My partner has been called to this one, it is running fine but sometimes it just doesn’t heat, when my partner was there the machine was operating fine, he checked the exhaust, main and reset stats and found them to be ok. The only thing that looked a bit iffy was the little board with the relay on, he said that it looked like it had been getting hot. This machine is the crosslee type.

Has anyone had problems with these little relay boards before?
Or can you suggest anything else to try?

    Thanks

The Relay Board is the start relay and nowt to do with the heater. Intermittent heat always points direct to the stat screwed onto the heater plate. Best to replace both stats there as they are as cheap as chips anyway. Crosslee/pattern prices I mean not Bosch prices. 😉
