    Hi Guys.

Here`s another one for the Bosch lads 😀 .

Now this is of extreme importance as the drier in question is mine at home and whats that saying that goes Hell has no fury like that of a woman without a tumble drier…….anyway I`m not popular.

Sometimes it works fine but most of the time it runs and heats but does not dry sufficiently due to it not running long enough.I keep cleaning the drum sensors and have cleaned where the sensors run along the drum.Connections to the timer seem ok. Is there a known fault on these driers?.Any help much appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Chris.

Could be the vent hose clogged or restricted in some way? Check you have a good air flow and that the NTC in the front cowl is clear?

    Hi Chris

Have a go at these aswell, unless you already done 😀

1/ Lint filter clogged with fatty deposits over a bulid up over a period of time. (Run tap water over it and see if it flows through the media)
2/ Check rear fan for slackness
3/ The carbon brush sensors for good contact on drum and feed back to PCB.
4/ Sufficient loading to enable correct sensing of dry time required.

    Greg,

Could you possibly e-mail me the in-depth diagnosis.
I have got exactly the same model with the same fault tomorrow.

    Thanks in advance.
