Bosch WTA4007GB/01

Hi chaps
Done a fair bit of work with these machines,but i have one that persistantly pops the reset stat after 3/4 months or so.Am ordering a set of replacement stats,any one had the same problem ?
vent hose and wall exit grill fine,customer not overloading m/c.

The stats are pretty bulletproof TBH, so, as Mike says, stopping it before cool down could be likely. Also, the capacitor (8 mf) is a common problem, drum slow to start up, fan not blowing so the TOC trips. It’s one or the other I reckon.:wink:

thanks,i checked the cap,thats ok will ask customer about cooling,maybe have alook at the front bearing whilst am at it.

Stick a full load of damp towels in whilst you’re there, sit back and sup a cuppa for a spell, see what occurs? 💡
