Bosch WTA4007GB/3 not drying, (ive checked evertything,)

Guys
Got the above t/dryer, customer says taking over 2 hours to dry toweles etc, whent there and checked heater etc no fluff anywhere, vent hose clear, is there anything ive left out? are they known for doggy stats or anything else, i would appriciate any help, thankyou

There are just 2 common faults on this model and in popular order are: Heating element and Capacitor. HTH?

not sure what u may have missed but i would try it this way

get customer to put wet towels in machine make sure it is on full heat and go around about an hour into programme then if fault develops when hot it should easier to find

or take it home for the weekend but thats your electric

either way its either an air flow problem or a heat problem
