its just a quick one and you might think it a little strange But can this element be changed from the back or is it a complete strip down.

From the back. A very simple fix with easy access but beware sharp stainless edges. New elements prone to earth leakage. After replacing the element it is best to remove the earth wire on terminal block and run dryer for 5 mins before reconnecting.
