    Customer tells me after setting any program after about 6 to 10 mins the timer drops to one minute after the minute end it turns off as if it completed the cycle..haven’t called yet but as I haven’t seen this before any pointers would be welcome..wondering if it could be the heaters….cheers John

    more likely to be sensors

    how does it run if you select a timed programme

    That was a timed programme..John

    check air flow and both ntc sensors
