If this is the model with the pump situated under the belts (sorry im no good at remembering model numbers) then you need to remove motor connections, then remove the big plastic holder that clips around the motor. Next remove the belt tensioner spring. Then carefully ease of the water pipe from the top of the pump (normally stuck on quite tight). Remove the pump and float connections and the retaining screw situated next to them. With a bit of jiggery-pokery the pump cover should now slide out, leaving the pump exposed for removal. Its quite easy once you’ve done it once.
