    Hi all, I wonder if anyone can help with the problem on this machine.
    Customer says that it trips the circuit breaker when it has been running for a while, however I have not had this happen when testing it. BUT I noticed that the machine does not reverse, it turns, stops, then turns the same direction again. Customer admits to having had a look but swears every thing went back where it was.
    Is this a likely PCB fault or more likely a wire misplaced. If the latter would anyone have a wiring diagram.

    I would imagine that the power module was the reason the motor didn’t reverse, relay on board type fault I guess? As for blowing trip after a while is concerned I would look carefully at the element? The scary bit is that you mentioned that the customer had fiddled with it?….scary!

    Thanks for the reply Martin, Normally I would run a mile but times are quiet.

    😳 Just found out that this machine only turns in one direction. 😳

    Yeah you said earlier, one direction so not reversing, got you the first time. 😉

    Check the Module if I were you?

    You misunderstood my 2nd post. 😉

    According to Bosch this machine only turns in one direction because it is designed to only turn in one direction.

    No wonder it had you stumped, looking for a logical reason for a fault when there isn’t 1, don’t you just love customer fault reports ? 😆

    News to me I thought all Bosch dryers reversed………are you sure that’s right? 😕

    Well it was news to me as well. 😮 Information came directly from Bosch, so I hope that it’s right.
