Bosch WTE84102GB/05 no go

Hi

Have above machine , when switched on and program selected nothing happens no lights,no motor etc.Wait 10 mins lights come on press start again and machine will work, and finish program.
Any one have any ideas.

Take a close look at the PCB as it may be a capacitor going AWOL. 💡
