I was called to this dryer after customer complaining it wasn’t drying properly, on removed the heat exchanger and filter it was obvious it has never been cleaned, all were totally blocked up, I washed all parts and internal water ways…I left for customer to try out…got a call next day telling me is still not drying as it used to.. there are two NTC one on heat elements and on air flow..I don’t know the values ?? would this cause this problem.. cheers John

have you checked the cold air fan

ask the customer if its hot and steamy or cold

Already checked not hot and steamy..they feel its not as dry as it used to be.?

have you had a look at the element. if its been that blocked the elements may have sagged and be heating unevenly

no values on ntc’s little or no tech info for these

May also be worth checking the from fan isn’t clog with fluff to
