ParticipantHi,I have checked posts but couldn’t see this fault.
When the machine is started there is a momentary start of motor, pump etc and then machine stops, display goes out. Display then returns ready to be started but same happens if started. This happens even if motor, pump and heater are disconnected so presume it is a relay on the board??
Any info gratefully received.

Usually there is an error code based on the LED’s flashing? So does the Start/Stop LED flash and any other LED when this fault occurs? Disconnecting components though will only make matters worse as the electronic software ‘self-checks’ anyway. 🙁

Hi Martin,
Thanks for your reply, but the machine cuts out as soon as the programme starts. When the start button is touched I can hear a relay switching and the machine fires up for approx 1 second and then it turns off so there is no time for any fault to be displayed as it then comes on again as if a programme has not been set. It does not even run for long enough for it to check the circuits. As I said disconnecting the components makes no difference to the fault. If one of the components was causing the fault, with it disconnected I should expect it then to run and display a fault condition, if that makes any sense. Thats why I thought it may be board? I just wondered if anyone had encountered this before.

Yes it flashes regularly when the power is restored as it would waiting for it to be started again.

No goes completely dead for approximately 2 seconds then power is restored ready to be restarted.

Back in workshop, so supply good. Am sending board to QER as they might be able to find faulty component on board.
