    Hi all
Hope somebody can maybe help before im forced to replace my trusty bosch condensor dryer.
Its about 10 years old so it does not owe me nothing as its had a hard life

It is starting and heating but the problem im having is it just stops there is no fault code on the screen it sometimes goes for 2 mins other times 20min.
All i can see is the start button is flashing if i switch it off and back on it restarts but stops again

Filter is clean and the pump is pumping to the drawer.
Any ideas before im forced to replace it?

    Many thanks in advance

most machines have an option to run a timed programme instead of auto

try a timed prog and see if it does the same

Many thanks for taking the time to reply to me Dave ,
Put it on for a 40min timed programme and it stopped after 3min and the time resets back up to 40min again

got all the makings of an electronic board fault

unless any other member has other ideas

if so price of board makes repair no viable

    you could ask http://www.qer.biz/servReps.htm

they may have a fix for it

Cheers for that just back in from the shed where i have the dryer.

Seeing as you said it might be a board problem i removed the top cover and got out the hoover and vacuumed all the dust and crap off the cables and top of drum.

Then i pushed on every connector on the board that i could see and retried it
Success it appears to be working have a load of washing on now so it kept going now.

Hopefully it works and if it does not i think it might be a bad joint on the pcb.
Many thanks for the replies and guidance
    Thanks
    Gar
