    This machime fills with water, tumbles for 4 to 5 minutes, the heater does not come on, when it tries to heat the machine stops. It rinses and spins as normal, Heater tests out OK, any ideas on what the problem is please?

    Well only 2 options spring to mind, either there’s a break in the heater leads somewhere or the heater relay on the board has given up?

    John , can you get us the correct model number . I think the one you’ve quoted is wrong ?

    I think you are right Martin, I’m blaming the Heater Relay, have you seen the price of those modules, I don’t think she will have that job done.
