    Ok boys I know there is not an easy way to work on these burgers πŸ™ but whats the easiest way to change the belt? πŸ˜• other than give it to someone else πŸ˜†

    Soak the fan blade hub in wd40 to get the thing off.
    It’s better if you stretch the belt prior to fitting as this makes quite a difference.
    I fit the belt over the drum and motor pulley and then lift up the drum.
    At this point I find copious amounts of swearing helpful.

    I keep a new fan just in case, as you say the beggers seize on.
    yes the swearing is well apparant.
    Cant quite understand the mentality in fitting these stretch belts, far to much downward pressure on the bearings, same problem with the Indeshyt range. Motor shaft tends to rust if the machine is not used for a while and the belt sticks to it, snaps when started again.
