Bosch WTL6102GB condenser dryer cutting out after 30 mins

Hi all, im hoping that someone knows the answer to this one; a woman in the office asked me today why her Bosch condensor tumble dryer cuts out after 30 minutes of drying?

She has confirmed the model number is a WTL6102GB and says that the dryer will continue to work (and dry clothes) if the start button is pressed after it stops?

Ive done some digging and im sure this machine is a sensing type; could this be a moisture sensor issue….or thermostats?

Appreciate any help.

Check if she has cleaned the Condensor.
Also are there any lights flashing?

Hi, thanks for the reply; confirmed that no lights are present and that she has not attempted to clean the condenser?

Without lights could it simply be an overheating issue?
The machine does start immediately after it cuts out; would a reset require a longer time?

First thing to check is the Condenser, cleaning the condenser is part of the normal maintenance which should be carried out.
Instructions on how to do this should be in the manual for the machine.
