Bosch WTL6500GB/01 dead

Hi went to a Bosch WTL6500GB/01 tumble dryer which was not showing any signs of life today unless i opened the door then the light inside the drum comes on. It has a digital display but nothing comes up and nothing happens when you press buttons. I checked door switch, wiring, boards for visual damage but couldn’t see anything wrong, so it looks to me like the module which costs £139 :eeek: gulp, i was hoping someone could let me know if that is the problem as it would be a real pain in the butt if i ordered it and it wasn’t the problem any help would superb :salute:

Check that the module is correctly located in the control panel, failing that It certainly looks like a duff module 😥
