After switching on, dryer runs for approx 30 secs (with no heat) then aborts with 3 long bleeps and the anticrease/end light flashing. Have checked the pump reservoir/ float switch /heater/reset stat and replaced the temp limiter that plugs on top of the heater but no luck. On my first visit the dryer showed no faults, heating worked fine. Any ideas?

Did you have a normal load in the dryer the first time it faulted??
It has to have a reasonable damp load for the sensors to correctly detect the load. Over period of time the drum paddles get a coating of softner/conditioner, which basically gives false readings back to module.
Popular fault with symptom you describe is sensor fault in air passage below porthole p/no 154166.
The fault of anticrease flashing is a time fault which all the above are suspects 😉

Thanks for the info Greg.I tried it with and without a load so I’ll try replacing front sensor. Was suspecting it might be that but was confused why it didn’t even begin to heat.

    Thanks Rick
